Site Terms & Privacy
These terms govern your use of the AnchorPoint Labs websites, including the marketing site (anchorpointlabs.ai) and the sign-in hub (app.anchorpointlabs.ai). Each tool has its own terms, which you accept on first use and which govern that tool: Structura Terms of Service, Privacy & Disclaimer and Veraz Terms of Use & Privilege. If these site terms and a tool's terms differ with respect to that tool, the tool's terms control.
Informational only; no advice; no attorney-client relationship
The content of these websites is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and neither visiting these sites nor using the tools creates an attorney-client relationship with AnchorPoint Labs, Inc. or with AnchorPoint Legal Partners PLLC. Consult a qualified attorney and tax adviser before acting on anything described here.
Access
Access to the tools is by invitation and requires sign-in. When you request a sign-in link, we check your email address against an approved list; if the address is not approved, no link is sent. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes and can be used once. Do not share your sign-in link.
Privacy
What the sites collect. The marketing site collects no personal information. The hub collects the email address you enter to request a sign-in link and, once signed in, your sign-in events and session activity. A session cookie keeps you signed in across the AnchorPoint Labs subdomains; the sites do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. What each tool processes when you use it, including any use of third-party AI providers and product analytics, is described in that tool's own terms.
Service providers. The sites and tools are hosted on infrastructure provided by third-party service providers, which process data on our behalf to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

Intellectual property
The sites, the tools, and their content, design, and underlying logic are the property of AnchorPoint Labs, Inc. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them without written permission.
“As is”; limitation of liability; governing law
The sites are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnchorPoint Labs, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. We may update these site terms from time to time; the current version is always at this page.
